State media claimed that 115 rebels who were defected soldiers and policemen turned in their weapons in Quneitra. Rebels alleged that regime grenades and barrel bombs filled with chlorine were used recently to attack rebel-held areas; the OPCW said no state has asked it to investigate. The Al Nusrah Front and the Islamic Front battled regime forces in Reef Dimashq; in Aleppo, where they were joined by the Jaysh al Mujahideen; in Latakia, where they were joined by Ahrar al Sham, Ansar Al Sham, Sham al Islam, and rebels; and in Hama. The Islamic Front also fought against regime forces in Homs, Idlib, Sweida, and Damascus. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham clashed with Kurdish forces in Hasakah, and with the Islamic Front in Raqqah. State media said a Russian plane with 34 tons of donated humanitarian aid landed in Latakia.
