Islamic battalions killed at least 15 regime soldiers in Quneitra. The Al Nusrah Front, Islamic Battalions, and Al-Mujahedin army clashed with regime forces in Aleppo, killing 18 soldiers and NDF fighters. In the city of Aleppo, Al Nusrah, Jaysh al Mujehidin, and Al Jabha Al Islameyya created a joint military operations room. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham clashed with Al Nusrah and Islamic battalions in Deir Izzour. Islamic battalions, Al Nusrah, and ISIS battled regime and Hezbollah forces in Reef Dimashq. ISIS targeted the base of the 17th division in Raqqah, and released two female teachers and female students detained earlier today. Regime forces fought against Al Nusrah and Islamic battalions in Hama, where Al Nusrah has cut off a regime supply line. Regime security forces released activist Akram Bunni, whom they had detained for two days. The Assad regime has said it would comply with the recent UN humanitarian aid resolution if it respects “state sovreignty.”
