State media said rebels had set three oil wells ablaze in Deir al-Zor province in a dispute over oil. The regime and the rebels blamed each other for the deaths of at least 10 people in the town of Tal Kalakh in Homs. A car bomb in in Reef Damashq killed five rebels, and the car of a Syrian customs official was bombed in Damascus. Fighting between regime and rebel forces continued in Homs, Raqqah, Idlib, Aleppo, Deraa, Hama, Reef Damashq, Hasakah, and Damascus.
