Twelve of 19 South Koreans have been released by the Taliban as South Korea begins its withdrawal from Afghanistan. Six Afghans were killed and 12 wounded in a suicide bombing in Paktia province. A key Taliban commander and six fighters were captured in Paktia on Monday.
