Saudi Arabia

Saudi security forces “arrested 172 suspected members of seven terrorist cells” for complicity in various plots, including attacks on the oil industry, strikes on military targets, prison breaks, and assassination of Saudi figures. “Some of those arrested had reportedly been trained abroad to carry out attacks in Saudi Arabia and had also learnt to fly, possible planning to fly planes into oil installations.”
