One French woman was killed and 21 people, including Egyptian, French, German and Saudi nationals, were wounded in an explosion outside a mosque in a neighborhood in the capital city of Cairo that is popular with tourists. Anther bomb was found and defused. No group has taken responsibility for the attack.
