Yemen

Under a 2003 mutual security agreement, on Wednesday Yemen extradited four al Qaeda operatives to Saudi Arabia, after President Saleh returned from a visit with Saudi King Abdullah. No extradition treaty exists with the US or UK. Under a treaty recently inked with Spain, Yemen will extradite Nabil Nanakli, a Spanish-Syrian national sentenced to death in Yemen.
