Indonesian bomb expert Dulmatin is thought to have been discovered in a shallow grave in the island of Tawi-tawi in the southern Philippines. The military is conducting DNA tests on the body. Dulmatin helped build the bombs used in the Bali attack in Indonesia in 2002.

Egyptian police arrested 40 members of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood movement. Egyptian police shot and killed an Eritrean women trying to sneak across Egypt’s border into Israel on Saturday.
