Jaber Elbaneh appeared in a Yemeni court then walked free. Elbaneh is a member of the Lackawanna Six and is on the FBI’s most wanted list for involvement in attending an al Qaeda training camp and conspiring to provide material support or resources to al Qaeda. The FBI has a $5 million reward for his capture, but Yemen has failed to extradite him to the US.
