Coalition forces captured the Special Groups leader for Diyala Province. Iraqi Security Forces killed one insurgent, detained 15, and defused 10 roadside bombs in Baghdad; eight were captured in Kirkuk. A suicide bombing at a cafe in Baqubah on Tuesday killed 12 and wounded 20. Awakening movements are forming in the Shia south; Basrah leaders rejected the formation of an Awakening in the province.
