Hossam Taleb Yaacoub, Lebanese-Swedish dual citizen and Hezbollah member, was found guilty of membership in a criminal organization by a Cypriot court.
A Cypriot court convicted Hossam Taleb Yaacoub, a Swedish-Lebanese citizen, for his part in the 2012 bombing in Burgas, Bulgaria. The court said “Hezbollah acts as a criminal organization.” Yaacoub had admitted to spying for Hezbollah for the Burgas attack and other operations.
