The IDF received permission to widen ground operations against Palestinian terror groups in the Gaza strip. The IDF killed 2 Hamas operatives in a gun battle in central Gaza. The IDF also captured Khaled Shawish, the leader of the Tanzim terror group in Ramallah and a senior commander of Fatah’s Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades.
