The Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham released four of the seven Red Cross aid workers recently kidnapped in Idlib; the group still holds three of them. A car bombing in Idlib killed at least 27 people and wounded dozens more. The Al Nusrah Front clashed with regime forces in Deir Azzour; rebels have reportedly taken over the military hospital there. Rebels shelled a judicial building in Aleppo and the Kweiris military airport. A jihadist claimed that a Japanese photographer converted to Islam and joined ISIS. A Kosovan fighter in Azaz appeared in an ISIL video promoting jihad. Another ISIS video showed the March 4 attack at the Yarabiyah crossing on the Iraq-Syria border.
