Lashkar-e-Taiba had a list of 320 locations throughout the world as potential targets for for military-style terror assaults such as the one carried out in Mumbai, India in November 2008. The list was discovered on the computer owned by Zarar Shah, Lashkar-e-Taiba's communications chief and a key figure in the Mumbai attack who is in Pakistani custody.
