Panama Canal Authority fines detained North Korea ship smuggling Cuban arms

Authorities found two MiG fighter jets, along with two missile systems and radar and electrical equipment, in a North Korean ship traveling from Cuba to North Korea. Panama has asked UN to investigate the ship and its cargo to see if it is in violation of a UN embargo on arms to North Korea.
