NATO continues to work out the command of operations targeting Libyan ground forces, and said the no-fly operation could take 90 days. The African Union called for democratic elections in Libya to be held after a transition period. Coalition airstrikes are pounding Gaddafi’s artillery and forces, but have not prevented their entry into Misrata.
