The Suqour al-Sham, an Islamist brigade in the Islamic Front, agreed to a truce with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham; the Free Syrian Army-linked Syrian Revolutionaries' Front, which has clashed with the Islamic Front, condemned the ceasefire as illegitimate. The Al Nusrah Front and Islamic battalions clashed with regime forces in Reef Dimashq and in Deir Izzour. Rocket fire killed 12 Al Nusrah fighters, including a commander, in Idlib. Rebel and Islamic battalion fighters clashed with NDF forces in Hama. Gunmen killed 11 ISIS fighters in Raqqah. Syria missed another deadline for the handover of its chemical weapons; June 30 is the target date for elimination of the entire arsenal.
