Alberto Nisman, Argentina's special prosecutor for the 1994 bombing that killed 85 people at a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, asked a court to invalidate a bilateral accord on the inquiry reached earlier this year by Iran and Argentina. Nisman said the accord constitutes "incorrect interference" in Argentina's affairs, and that it could subject the country to sanctions by human rights organizations.
