Pakistan impedes the Mumbai investigation

India's Home Affairs minister accuses Pakistan of intentionally impeding the investigation into the November 2008 terror assault on the city of Mumbai. The minister said Pakistan refuses to investigate those behind the attack, including Hafiz Saeed, the leader of the Lashkar-e-Taiba.
