Crossing a wadi in Zabul

Afghan Soldiers of 3rd Kandak, 2nd Brigade, 205th Corps of the Afghan National Army conduct a combined patrol with Paratroopers from Company A, 2st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Task Force Fury), 82nd Airborne Division, through the town of Shajoy in Zabul province, Afghanistan. The Paratroopers are tasked with advising and assisting the ANA and Afghan National Police with their operations in the province, which contains the vital Highway 1, the road that connects Kabul to Kandahar.
