Security forces killed three Taliban fighters in Ghazni and several more in Helmand, and detained two Taliban commanders and two facilitators in Helmand, Logar, and Nangarhar. The Taliban killed an ISAF soldier in the South and a civilian in Farah. An aid worker was killed in Khost.
