Prosecutors charged a Chicago taxi driver with plotting an attack and providing material support to al Qaeda by transferring money overseas to the terror group. Raja Lahrasib Khan, a Pakistan-born US citizen, also has ties to al Qaeda leader Ilyas Kashmiri.
