Six people were injured when a female suicide bomber detonated beside a law enforcement vehicle in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya. Suicide bombings have been on the rise since Doku revived the Riyad us Saliheen martyr brigade in late April. They have sporadically increased since the start of Ramadan, following Doku’s speech in which he emphasized the importance of militant jihad during the Islamic holy month.
