In an audiotape released by As Sahab, al Qaeda’s propaganda arm, Osama bin Laden calls for continuing jihad to “restore Jerusalem and Palestine.” He cautioned against blaming the plight of the Palestinians on Arab leaders and scholars because “the ummah is capable of defeating the Zionist entity” by organizing as mujahedeen.
