Al Qaeda-linked group declares Islamic state in Gaza

The Jund Ansar Allah's leader declared an Islamic emirate in Gaza, denounced Hamas, and swore allegiance to Osama bin Laden during Friday prayers, sparking a crackdown by Hamas. The emir and the military commander of the Jund Ansar Allah, an al Qaeda linked group in Gaza, were among 13 killed after Hamas attacked the group's mosque and compounds in Rafah.
