Afghanistan: Tactics or Strategy?

Bing West takes some combat footage of firefights between Coalition forces and the Taliban in Helmand province. In his article at The Small Wars Journal, West notes that Coalition forces are pulling their punches during engagements with the Taliban and that a strategy for defeating the Taliban cannot rely on soft counterinsurgency tactics alone.
