In Deir Izzour, the ISIS fought against Al Nusrah and Islamic battalions. In Deraa, nine groups, including the Al Nusrah Front and Ahrar al Sham, launched an offensive targeting the 61st brigade. In Idlib, 13 groups, including Al Nusrah, Ahrar al Sham, and the Syrian Revolutionaries' Front, created a joint operations room.
