The US released nine Iranians held in Iraq, including two Qods Force officers detained in Irbil earlier this year. Iran rejected Interpol's warrants issued for five Iranian military and political leaders for involvement in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish center in Argentina.

Britain, France, Germany, the United States, Russia and China agreed to push ahead with sanctions if the IAEA report on November 19 shows Iran has not addressed concerns over its nuclear program.
