UN: Taliban Responsible for 76% of Deaths in Afghanistan




The United Nations said the Taliban is responsible for 76 percent of all civilian casualties in Afghanistan. A Taliban suicide assault team killed two security guards in Kabul. The Taliban killed four civilians in an IED attack in Ghazni. Coalition and Afghan forces killed 13 Taliban fighters in Laghman and detained several commanders and fighters in Kandahar, Helmand, and Paktia.
