French infantry patrol in Kapisa

A French armoured infantry fighting vehicle (VBCI) and a French infantry platoon move up to their point of vehicle support during Operation Spear Hunting 7 in Kapisa province on May 30, 2012. Three Afghan soldiers and 12 Taliban fighters were killed during the six-day-long operation in the Tagab and Alasay valleys.
